How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier. A tracking link is provided once your order departs our facility.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $75+ ship free within the United States. For orders under $75, real-time carrier rates are displayed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is in limited rollout. If your country is not available at checkout, please email support@vicari.com and we will assist where possible.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view real-time status from your order confirmation page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day hassle-free return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@vicari.com with your order number (e.g., #12345) and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid return label for U.S. customers.
Are returns free?
For U.S. returns, the label cost may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. Size or color exchanges are typically covered by us within the U.S.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after your return is delivered and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
Product Care & Sizing
How should I wash VICARI pieces?
- Turn garments inside out.
- Machine wash cold on gentle with like colors.
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
- Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low; remove promptly.
- Cool iron if needed. Do not iron prints or embroidery.
What fabrics do you use?
We select luxury-grade materials for comfort, durability, and performance—such as cotton/spandex for everyday tees and nylon/spandex for premium stretch in training pieces.
How do I choose the right size?
Our silhouettes are clean and athletic. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed look or staying true to size for a tailored fit. Reference the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.
Will my garment shrink?
Minimal shrinkage should occur when care instructions are followed. For best results, wash cold and lay flat to dry.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing immediately to ship quickly. If you need a change, please email support@vicari.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and accelerated checkouts supported by Shopify, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available).
My package shows delivered but I can’t locate it.
Please check with household members and neighbors, and look for safe-drop locations. If it does not appear within 24 hours, contact us and we will initiate a carrier trace.
